The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

Organised by the Taiwan Bar Association, the Annual Celebration Ceremony for Taiwan Lawyers was held on 5 to 6 September, 2020. Greater China Legal Affairs Committee member Ronald Kan, who was in Taiwan, attended the event and exchanged views with local lawyers on behalf of the Law Society.
