The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

A delegation of Shenzhen Lawyers Association (“SZLA”) led by Mr. Zhang Bin, the President of SZLA, visited the Law Society of Hong Kong on 28 April 2023 to have a meeting on potential collaboration opportunities.
Representatives of the Law Society included President C. M. Chan, Vice President and Chairman the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee (“GCLAC”) Roden Tong, Council member cum GCLAC member Careen Wong and GCLAC member Heidi Chui.
Mr. Zhang Bin, President of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, led a delegation including 8 Vice-Presidents and representatives from SZLA to the Law Society of Hong Kong.
