The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

“An Introduction to Legal Services and Risk Management for Cross-border Transactions” is a 32-hour law course co-organised by the Peking University Law School and the Law Society. In view of the popularity of the courses among the students, a new round of the course has launched from April to June 2023 in physical format.
Lecture 5 to 10 of the course were held on 15, 22 and 29 April 2023 respectively. The lecturers included Ms. Elizabeth Yang, Past President and Greater China Legal Affairs Committee member Stephen Hung, Conrad Chan, Greater China Interest Group member Joanne Wong, Mr. Hui Sui-hang and Council member Shum Hin-han.
The voluntary lecturers of the Law Society communicated face-to-face with the students of Peking University Law School.
