The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

The Life Underwriters Association of Hong Kong Limited (“LUA”) held the 2022 LUA GBA Day on 15 November 2022 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to share market information of the Greater Bay Area (“GBA”) to insurance practitioners. Mr. Roden Tong, Vice-President and Chairman of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee, was invited as one of the panellists at the “GBA Policy Forum” to share his insights on the region’s development from a legal perspective. The event attracted around 350 participants.
