The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

The 2022 Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination was scheduled to take place on 11 June 2022. To assist members in preparing for the examination, the Law Society organised a sharing session on 1 June 2022. Mr. Thomas So, Past President and Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Sub-Committee; Mr. James Wong, Vice-Chairman of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee and Mr. Ronald Kan, Member of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee shared practical tips on how to prepare for the examination, while Council member and Member of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee Careen Wong acted as the moderator.
President C. M. Chan, as well as Vice-President cum Chairman of the Greater China Legal Affairs Committee Roden Tong delivered welcome speeches for the event. The sharing session attracted the participation of over 100 members.
