The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

A roundtable meeting themed "2021 Decoding Hong Kong Contract Law series – Part II : Restatement of Hong Kong Contract Law on Negotiations and Competitive Bidding" was held on 20 May. At the invitation of the co-organisers, CIETAC Hong Kong Arbitration Center and the International Dispute Resolution Academy, Mr. C.M. Chan, Vice-President of the Law Society and Chairman of the GCLAC, gave an opening speech at the event.
