The Greater China Legal Affairs Committee (“GCLAC”) held a brainstorming session on 10 April. Due to the pandemic, the brainstorming session was held at the Law Society this year. Under the leadership of Mr. C.M. Chan, Vice-President and Chairman of the GCLAC, the committee reviewed activities held last year. Under a relaxed atmosphere, the committee also discussed various issues, including the latest development trends in the Greater China region, ways to strengthen ties with lawyers associations and other related bodies in the region, strategies to promote Hong Kong’s legal profession, challenges faced by members, as well as the direction and activity plan for the coming year.
