The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

Mr. Thomas So, Immediate-Past-President and Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Sub-committee, as well as Ms. Heidi Chu, Secretary General, met with representatives of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong on 25 February. At the meeting, Mr. So reiterated that Hong Kong was still one of the most popular international arbitration seats. He also introduced the Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination and the latest developments of dispute resolution services in the Greater Bay Area.
Immediate-Past-President Thomas So emphasised that Hong Kong's dispute resolution services were still well sought-after by Chinese and overseas clients.
