The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

The Council of the Law Society of Hong Kong (“the Council”) has resolved to intervene in the practice of Messrs. Norman M K Yeung & Co (“the Intervened Firm”) at Suite 1201, 12/F, Chinachem Century Tower, 178 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The intervention commenced on 28 September 2023.
This intervention was carried out pursuant to Sections 26A(1)(a)(i) and 26A(1)(c) of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance (Cap. 159). Messrs.
