苏绍聪博士, JP 一邦国际网上仲调中心主席苏绍聪博士是国浩律师（香港）事务所的合伙人，拥有丰富的股东和股权争议、地产、诽谤诉讼、媒体诉讼及中国内地诉讼和仲裁经验。他是一邦国际网上仲调中心的主席，曾任香港律师会会长，现为多个亚洲仲裁及调解委员会成员。2018 年获委任为全国政协委员，后被广东省高级人民法院聘为粤港澳大湾区跨境商事纠纷调解员。他于清华大学取得法学博士，多次受邀到内地大学授课。
