The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

On 1 October 2025, President Roden Tong represented the Law Society at the Opening of the Legal Year in England and Wales ceremony at Abbey, alongside Council Member Pak Sun Hau.
Following the service led by the Dean of Westminster, featured readings from the Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Lammy MP, and The Right Honourable the Baroness Carr of Walton-on-the-Hill, Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales, President Tong had the privilege of attending a reception at the Westminster Hall. He also had the opportunity to exchange brief yet meaningful words with Lady Chief Justice Carr and Lord Chancellor Lammy, as well as with former Non Permanent Justice of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal, Lady Hale.
