The Law Society of Hong Kong is a professional association for solicitors in Hong Kong vested with statutory powers to regulate the professional conduct of solicitors, trainee solicitors and foreign lawyers. It was incorporated in 1907 as a company limited by guarantee.

At the invitation of the Union Internationale des Avocats (“UIA”), Vice-President Amirali Nasir attended the UIA Webinar for Bar Leaders entitled “The future of the legal profession in the age of the Artificial Intelligence” on 7 July 2021 on behalf of the Law Society. In the capacity of Chairman of InnoTech Committee, apart from sharing the latest development of LawTech in Hong Kong, Vice-President took this opportunity to introduce the Law Society’s technology roadmap.
