The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the biggest global crises in the 21st century which has elevated the stress level of the fast-paced environment in Hong Kong. The Member Benefit Committee is organising an online workshop where a certified hypnotherapist will examine the markers of stress and the many ways to increase one's resilience in the face of a crisis.
