Introduction

The Law Society has been organising the Cross Strait Four Regions Young Lawyers Forum (“Forum”) annually since 2011 to provide a platform for lawyers from the Mainland, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong to exchange, learn, network, and promote the development of legal businesses in the Greater China region. As one of the flagship events within the legal profession, the Forum has attracted the participation of nearly 3,200 young lawyers over the years.

The 2025 Forum is scheduled for Tuesday,  25 November 2025, from 9:00 to 18:15(Hong Kong Time) at the Charles K. Kao Auditorium, Hong Kong Science Park, with the theme “DARE: Data & Digitalisation, AI, Robotics, and E-commerce.” Building on the topic of artificial intelligence, this year’s Forum expands its scope to address global digital transformation trends, exploring key areas such as data and digitalization, intelligent robotics, and e-commerce. These discussions aim to comprehensively tackle technological challenges in legal practice and examine the profound impact and opportunities that technological advancements present for the legal profession.
